Would you like the opportunity to work closely with high-performing and friendly team of Industrializationexperts in Malacca of Malaysia.Do you thrive in an environment which values autonomy, ownership, and mutual respect?GN is currently on a look out for an exceptional openminded, devoted and hardworkingteam member in our Industrialization team.You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:Lead and Manage New Product Industrialization, incl.Industrialization Support to Project Management.Ultimately hold full responsibility for the success of Industrialization according to GNN given processes and procedures for Industrialization are being followedEnsure that the Supply Chain is prepared to achieve the project documented goalsEnsure that all Engineering requirements are fulfilled including full documented preparation of the assembly lines, manufactured components, test equipment, manpower sizing and all associated items requiredEnsure that the Tier 1 has the necessary tools to absorb the new product and achieve goals relating to production, inventory, quality and cost/productivitySecure that all DFx analysis/reviews are initiated and completed according to GNN procedures.Ensure Early supplier involvement in DFxEngagement in product definition and product specification to address manufacturing issuesEnsure maturity grid requirements for adequate manufacturing maturity of a product before it goes into the various buildsEnsure that project introductions into Tier's achieves agreed cost, quality, inventory, production forecast levels and scheduleA strong analytical and detail minded individual, we imagine the following sounds like you:Native Malaysian Able to speak and write, Malaysian, Chinese and EnglishUniversity graduate in Engineering disciple such as mechanical or manufacturing or electronic Able to work independentlyPlease Join Us to Bring People Closer!#Li- Jabra
