**Job Overview**:Kidskool is seeking a qualified and experienced Infant Care Teacher to join our team. The Infant Care Teacher will be responsible for providing nurturing care and early education to infants aged 2 months to 18 months. The teacher will create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of the children.- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of infants aged 2 months to 18 months.- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages the development of each child.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and caregivers through effective communication and regular updates.- Administer basic first aid and follow emergency procedures as necessary.- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, including regular cleaning and disinfecting of toys and surfaces.- Observe and document children's growth and development, and communicate observations to parents and caregivers.- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in program delivery and child development.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a relevant certification or degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.- Previous experience working with infants aged 2 months to 18 months in a childcare or educational setting.- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education practices.- Ability to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for young children.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with parents and caregivers.- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to promote the development of each child.- Must be able to lift up to 20kg and sit on the floor for extended periods of time.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Infant Care: 1 year (preferred)
