As a KOL Manager, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and maintain strong connections with top influencers and their agencies, facilitating live streaming partnerships and enhancing sales outcomes through data-driven insights. This role also includes:
Exploring diverse channels to identify and acquire promotional resources, forge partnerships with influencers, negotiate e-commerce agreements, and broaden the influencer network.
Delivering strategic insights and recommendations by examining sales data and back-end traffic from influencers, aimed at enhancing live streaming collaborations and boosting live commerce effectiveness.
Applying data analysis to customise product assortments and business strategies for influencers, while facilitating live stream sales and overseeing e-commerce partnerships to foster strong business relationships.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant should come with a background in Marketing, PR, and Communication. Other requirements include:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and PR, with a solid understanding of social media and live streaming markets.
Existing relationships with top-tier influencers are a valuable asset.
Strong market awareness with exceptional analytical skills.
A quick learner who can adapt easily and excellent event execution capabilities.
Outstanding communication and business negotiation ability.
