Job DescriptionJob Brief:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) that align with our brand and campaign goals.
Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and other external partners.
Coordinate and manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights.
Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaign ideas and content.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates / 1 to 3 years of experience.
Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
