As Influencer Manager at Elfie you will: develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and engagement with the Elfie Mobile App.
WHAT WE OFFER A permanent global contract, with fiercely competitive salary Monthly 30% variable performance bonus based on achievement of KPI Relocation support to Singapore, including obtaining the Employment Pass Comprehensive private healthcare support from day one Individualised career progression and development framework Hybrid working - 3 days in the office 14 days PTO, plus national holidays off Brand new MacBook and associated tech on day one An inclusive culture where everybody in the business has direct impact WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive user engagement, brand awareness, and community building within the Elfie app Identify and evaluate potential influencers who align with Elfie's brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure mutual success Collaborate with the Content and Gamification Manager to create engaging, influencer-driven content that resonates with Elfie users Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future partnerships Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging influencers to continuously enhance Elfie's influencer marketing strategy WHAT YOU WILL NEED 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or consumer technology industry Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer campaigns that drive user engagement and brand awareness Strong network of influencer contacts and relationships across various social media platforms, ideally on a regional or global basis Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers.
These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control.
ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
