Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee relationships with content creators and influencers who will represent and promote our brand across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers, ensuring effective collaboration to drive brand visibility and sales, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer & Creator Recruitment: Identify, engage, and onboard content creators and influencers who align with  brand values and target audience.
• Collaboration Management: Develop and manage long-term relationships with influencers and creators, ensuring smooth collaboration for campaigns and product promotions.
• Campaign Strategy: Design and execute creative influencer campaigns to promote company's brand, driving traffic and conversions on platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
• Content Development: Work closely with creators to ensure they produce engaging, high-quality content that aligns with company's aesthetics and messaging.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns using KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media and influencer marketing trends, incorporating them into company's creator marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget efficiently, negotiating contracts and pricing with creators while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior management, recommending strategies to optimize influencer partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer or creator management, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform campaign strategies.
• Experience in managing multiple influencers and creators simultaneously.
