Information Security Specialist

OPENING FOR A WELL KNOWN OIL AND GAS COMPANY In MIDDLE EAST: Position: Information and Communication Technology Manager Experience: 15 years in ICT department in a similar organization with at least 5 years of managerial experience in various business activities for Oil & Gas field.
Minimum Requirement: A Bachelor's degree in IT engineering or any related specialization 15 years in ICT department in a similar organization with at least 5 years of managerial experience in various business activities for Oil & Gas field.
Strong background in retail services automation is required.
To develop, direct and lead the development and implementation of the ICT departmental strategy and oversee all ICT activities including planning, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, optimizing resource utilization, workflow, control and support, providing guidance on related matters where required and approve all relevant documents, in order to ensure the ICT department operates efficiently and within defined budgets and timelines.
Should have strong background and skills to manage Budgets, Plans, Contract, Projects Management for all related projects.
