Budget Management:Manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize cost-effectiveness and value.
Manage IT Department:Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust and scalable IT infrastructure.
Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring efficient and reliable IT services.
Supervise all IT-related projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee and manage the backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.Team Leadership:Mentor, manage, and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Ensure that the team stays current with industry trends and maintains relevant skills.
Vendor Relationships:Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services.
Digital Transformation:Oversee the lifecycle of various business applications, ensuring they meet user needs and business requirements. Implement enhancements to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive the development and deployment of application updates. Ensure that all applications are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
Data Management and Analytics:Develop and implement strategies for effective data management, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility. Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making across the organization.
Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with other departments and senior management to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
Hands-on Support:Provide technical support and troubleshooting as necessary, demonstrating a willingness to roll up sleeves and assist the team.
Reporting and KPI Management:Establish and maintain a system for regular reporting on IT performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure transparency and accountability through clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.
ERP & HR Project Management:Lead the implementation, integration, and maintenance of the ERP and HR systems to streamline and optimize our business processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar senior IT role, with a track record of managing ERP systems and other IT projects.
Should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of managerial experience and leadership in information technology.
