Responsibilities: Support and maintain IT infrastructure, information security, network and server. Provide IT technical support to end users for all IT equipment. Support IT operation system log and security administration. Support IT operation network includes LAN, WAN, switches, routes, network printers. Maintain attendance device, CCTV and Door Access devices. Ensure software, hardware and license compliance. Develop and document standard operating procedure, policies and IT assets. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required skills: Windows server, , LAN, WAN, PC troubleshooting. Good implementation, troubleshooting and analytical knowledge of Cisco networking devices. Self-motivated, proactive and customer oriented attitude to be able to provide 24x7 standby support. Able to work under pressure and less supervision. Experience in virtualization and SAN is an added advantage. Willing to travel with short term stay to support at oversea subsidiary companies.
