Infrastructure Specialist - Mainframe

Specific Duties

Ability to Install, Upgrade and Migration of z/OS, z/VM, CICS.
Ability to conduct review and implementation of System Z changes related to z/OS, z/VM, CICS.
Ability to perform fault analysis and resolution of System Z problems to z/OS, z/VM, CICS.
Ability to perform z/OS System Programming for project implementation and resolution of System Z related problems.
Ability to train and guide junior on z/OS System Programming and z/OS Operation.
Skill Competence requirements:

Solid understanding of z/OS services structure, JES concepts, Sysplex configuration, Unix System Services, Comm Server (VTAM, TCP/IP, System Catalog structures, and IODF/HCD).
Systems Programming experience in MVS or Z/OS with knowledge on:
SMP/E
DFSMS, DFHSM, IODF, IOCP
JCL, Catalog Maintenance
Z/OS Security (RACF)
Z/OS Networking (VTAM, TCPIP)
Z/OS Scheduling and Automation such as Control-M, TWS

Added advantage with the following skill and system programming experience on:
SKLM disk encryption
Ability to Install, Upgrade and Migration Spectrum Control, Copy Service Manager
Ability to Install, Upgrade and Migration DB2, IMS
Ability to Install, Upgrade and Migration of MQ 
Ability to Install, Upgrade and Migration Cobol
