Injection Molding Technician

Job Responsibilities Set up and operate injection molding machines.
Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure high production output and quality.
Troubleshoot injection molding related issues.
Work with Quality Assurance to inspect product inspections and do corrective actions Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
Follow safety and workplace rules.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Continuously improve machine performance by reducing cycle time and waste.
Record production data.
Manage production scrap and regrind materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in plastic injection moulding.
Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in relevant field.
Familiarity with injection molding machines and plastic materials.
Good problem solving and decision making skills Good communication and teamwork skills.
