Innovation Baker (Bakery Industry)

**Primary Job Purpose**:Based on Market Trends, Customer Inquiries, Commercial needs create Products that fit in our categories and can be applied and produced in volumes in our Production.**Key Accounabilities**- Sound understanding of Bakery Manufacturing processes- Creating and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market- To further enhance and improve processes for existing Products- Understand end to end process including packaging- Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development- Close working collaboration with Operations and QA to establish production process and Product Spec Sheets- Establish Product Acceptability Guidelines- Prepare concept samples for discussion with internal and external customers highlighting potential scale up risks- Needs to keep abreast with market and Innovation Trends and work with Marketing department on conceptual product category approach- Manage and document Product progress - cost management**Experience and Skills Required**:- 10 years related Job Scope in the bakery Industry- Proven working experience as a product developer or in a related field- Creative and innovative thinking skills.- Time management - project completion**Soft Skills and Other Requirements**:- Good Microsoft Office Skills- Has the ability to work as a part of a multifunctional team.- Able to work independently- Team-Work and good Interpersonal SkillsPay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Would you be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang?- What is your current salary?- What is your expected salary ?
