Inside Sales Business Development (UK MNC - 5 day work week)Essentra Components is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of a comprehensive range of components.
We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Development Executive to support Field Sales in identifying and qualifying leads/opportunities in CRM through various strategic initiatives.
Job Description
Provide support to Sales Manager in pre-qualifying leads, handling enquiries, quotation generating, and pre-order stage communications.
Proactively and creatively generate leads through cold calls and/or market trend analysis.
Cross-sell and upsell Essentra products.
Follow up on all opportunities quoted to customers through the CRM system.
Support marketing efforts to organize and execute leads follow-up and build strong working relationships to promote Essentra's brand.
Update vendors' registration forms and compliance reports.
Provide additional support to the Customer Service team when necessary.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Degree in Business / Engineering / Commercial with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Outspoken with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Resourceful, agile, and willing to go the extra mile with a can-do attitude.
Organized and meticulous.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Experience in OEM, Export, and Import markets is an added advantage.
Experience in tele-sales is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, D365 CE, and CRM systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
