Job DescriptionDeveloping and accomplishing a region lead generation plan to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Establish for new account development by seeking out key decision makers of targeted companies.
Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals at the earliest.
Understand and explore prospects' needs and budget to promote a suitable product or package for assisting in their business' needs.
Use CRM system to prospect for new clients.
Provide activity summary report daily to team lead.
Job RequirementsPreferable 1 - 2 years of working experience.
Preferable candidates with B2B sales experience.
Preferable candidate from software or technology industry.
Strong work ethic.
Easily adaptable to fast-paced environment.
Eager and motivated to make a difference to the engineering community.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
High integrity and respect for others.
Required language(s): English.
Required Skill(s): Good in Phone Selling.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
