Inside Sales Executive

-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.


-Provide product information, pricing details, and delivery timelines to customers.


-Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.


-Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.


-Assist in processing orders and ensure timely delivery of products.


-Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer databases.


-Liaise with the production and logistics team to monitor stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.


-Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and provide updates on customer feedback and sales progress.


-Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.


-Handle administrative duties such as maintaining files, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.


-Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals when required.


-Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales manager.
