DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, generating new business leads, and maintaining knowledge of all company products and services.
Compensation PackageThe compensation package includes a competitive salary range of$40,000 - $60,000 per annum , depending on experience and qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Foster a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
RequirementsStrong customer service, salesmanship, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Required languages: English, Bahasa, and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency preferred)
