As an Inside Sales Representative at Lenovo, you will be instrumental in driving our vision of delivering Smarter Technology for all.
Your role involves selling a comprehensive range of products, services, and solutions, perfectly aligned with Lenovo's commitment to innovation and customer-centricity.
Your primary objective will be to engage potential customers, strategically align business goals, and execute sales strategies with precision.
Your contributions will significantly shape account strategy, whether working independently, collaboratively, or within a smaller team structure.
Job Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales initiatives independently, understanding the sales process well and effectively moving leads forward.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance benchmarks, showcasing expertise in both transactional and solution-based selling.
Employ consultative selling methods to strategically engage clients, collaborating with external sales teams as needed.
Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, leveraging historical data and market trends.
Implement margin-maximizing strategies, including upselling and cross-selling, to stimulate revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with external sales, virtual teams, and subject matter experts on bid responses and pricing strategies to improve win rates.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, or similar customer-facing role, ideally with intermediate-level consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
