Job Title: Inside Sales SpecialistJob Summary:
The Inside Sales Specialist will be part of the group's national key account management team. He/She will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving business growth through effective account management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with group's key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Account Planning and Sales Support:
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular account reviews and collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Assist in sourcing and preparation of quotation for clients.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on client requirements and expectations.
- Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze client feedback and spending transactions to make informed strategic decisions.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service or any related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:Experience in sourcing and preparation of quotation.
Experienced in account management.
Familiarity with project management tools (Excel, Power BI, etc).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate a self-driven approach to acquiring knowledge and skills.
Work Environment:Office-based with potential travel to client sites as needed.
Collaborative team environment focused on client success.
Flexible working hours upon request.
KPI:Managing key client and driving business growth opportunities.
Yearly filter & sourcing of minimum 25000 line items.
Preparation of monthly business report to show progress to management.
Collaborate with Inside Sales Manager to build supply base for non-agency items.
