-Update SME, Matrade Company list for EDM and Cold Call
-Handling call-in/walk-in customer inquiries on products, how to order, and how to be a subscriber referrer
-Manage promo or EDM content, managing the leads and follow-up
SALES
-Filing and upkeeps on record includes IC copy and SSM, etc for online/offline orders
-Issue MANUAL e-mandate for online customer
-Check and update Curlec - Online payment status
-Issue Dropbox sign - e-agreement for OFFLINE order ONLY
-Check and update WP-Admin for Online order under Processing - successful order
-Updates all sales confirmation paper work from customer like PO, PI, signed quotation
-Smart Credit Assist submission, checking and follow up
-Managing website admin / online/ offline platform order and fulfilment coordination jobs
POST-SALES
-Update order to Sales Connect or Caction system or website admin dashboard
-Check and update order delivery status for customer
-Issue OS ticket for customer when customer informed technical issues and need assistance in ticket creation
-Complete documents, filling for ALL ONLINE and OFFLINE order
-Others relates sales support task

-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
-Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive will be an advantage.
-Knowledge of modern marketing techniques or Customer Service will be an advantage
-High-level communication and networking skills.
-A passion for sales.
-Good simple task/project management skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure.
