Club21 Malaysia is seeking a dynamicInsights & CRM Executiveto join our marketing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to enhance data-driven decision-making and CRM strategies, focusing on building customer loyalty within the fashion retail industry.Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Insights & Market ResearchConduct in-depth consumer research to understand behaviour, preferences, and emerging fashion trends.
Translate research findings into actionable insights for marketing, merchandising, and customer experience strategies.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyse sales, customer feedback, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, PPT, and other tools (e.g. Tableau) to support data-driven decision-making.Develop and manage CRM campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization, to enhance customer engagement.
Oversee customer lifecycle management, monitoring engagement and retention metrics for loyalty-building opportunities.
Use data analytics to segment customers and refine targeting strategies, creating personalized experiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage customer data for more relevant and impactful campaigns.
CRM Database ManagementMaintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with data protection standards.
Improve data collection processes to support targeted marketing and data integrity.Loyalty Program ManagementSupport loyalty initiatives, analyse trends, and identify retention strategies.
Provide insights on customer satisfaction and behaviour to enhance loyalty programs.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Merchandising teams to align CRM and insights efforts with business goals.
Collaborate on product offerings based on consumer demand and profiles.Process Enhancement & InnovationContinuously improve CRM processes and data analysis practices, promoting a data-driven approach across Club21.
Advocate for CRM best practices and innovations in customer insights management.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years in a data analysis, insights, or CRM role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting.
Ability to create clear and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards in Excel and PPT; experience with Tableau is an added advantage.
Strong critical thinking skills to interpret data and generate insights aligned with strategic goals.
Proficiency in identifying data patterns, diagnosing issues, and finding solutions through data analysis.
Exceptional accuracy and consistency in reporting, ensuring data integrity and thoroughness.
Effective prioritization skills, especially under tight deadlines for reporting tasks.
Experience managing data-related projects, including setting timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering timely reports.
Excellent communication skills to gather data requirements and effectively share insights with various departments.
Familiarity with retail metrics, sales trends, and CRM practices specific to the fashion industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of a third language is an added advantage.Excited to dive into this role?
