Responsibilities
Read and familiarize with project AFC drawings, specifications, procedures, ITP, shop drawings, and applicable international codes and standards, such as IEC.
Develop QC Inspection package for the area/scope of works and get immediate supervisor approval.
Perform/witness quality inspection, testing, and surveillance (receiving, installation & testing) as per the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Supervise and facilitate project's construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning day-to-day activities which include redline markup for project AFC drawings, specifications, procedures, ITP, and shop drawings based on company standards and applicable international codes and standards.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
Registered with Authority (ST/EC) for authorization of testing or operating and Chargeman certificate A0/A1 by Energy Commission Malaysia.
IECEx Certified for Unit Ex 003, 007 & 008 and all the prerequisites.
Minimum 4 to 12 years of working experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Experience in Operation/Maintenance/Reliability.
Experience in handling at least 1 complete project phase i.e. EPCC.
Offshore experience is an advantage.
Design, Engineering, & Consultancy experience is an advantage.
Familiar with Inspection and Testing skills/techniques compliance with standards and Electrical design requirements.
Familiar with PTS & Codes and Specifications: International Electrical Commission (IEC).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and SLD competency.
Knowledge of Inspection and Testing techniques and Instrumentation design requirements.
Familiarity with COMPANY Technical Standards (PTS).#J-18808-Ljbffr
