Inspector Of Work

To carry out all C&S / M&E / Architectural inspection on site ensuring its quality and safety control.
Coordinate and control all daily construction work and document control procedure.
To supervise daily works and ensure all works executed are in accordance with drawings, approved specifications, construction plans and procedures.
To monitor and verify all contractors site daily report/progress and compile relevant documents.
To attend, witness and sign-off necessary test form, material checking and verifications, etc.
To report immediately to superior for any non-conformance (NCR) work or discrepancy on site between drawing and actual work.
To attend progress coordination meetings with contractor/consultant whenever necessary.
To ensure good house-keeping and safety practices are implemented on site by contractors.
To carry out inspection defects before and after CPC and after CMGD and monitor rectification work progress.
To generate site progress report and issue site memo whenever necessary or required.
To report regularly to superior on-site matters, current site activities and progress regularly.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering, Building, or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in C&S / M&E / Architectural consultancy or developer.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Self-motivated person and able to work independently
Ability to manage multi-functional task
Able to liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities
Willing to be based in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan#J-18808-Ljbffr
