Inspector Of Work (Iow)

i.Responsible for the following up on instruction & commitments associated with the project.ii.Ensure the installation works are as per contract.iii.Keep the detailed record on site, and report to the S.O. on the progress report weekly.iv.Ensure the working procedure to comply with the relevant statutory requirement, agreed method and recommend modification to the process with HQv.Ensure that the items in the defect lists are rectified when required and carry out such further inspections as necessary to ensure that the work is completedvi.Attend site meetings, progress meetings, design and technical meetingsvii.Liaise with all involved parties and local authorities to facilitate the construction activities.viii.Record all results of measurement and ensure the quantity of works carried out.ix.Reply to RFI and RFDx.Supervise, investigate, inspect and check the materials that to be used to by the contractor for construction works.xi.Prepare and issue amended construction details and issue out engineer's instruction if required.xii.Assist in technical issuexiii.Witness for all testingxiv.Verify all material delivered and used at sitexv.Keep monitoring site condition**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- site: 2 years (required)Application Deadline: 03/31/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
