Inspector Of Work (M&E)

We are seeking a qualified IOW (M&E) to join our team for our project in Tiulon, Keningau.
Carry out site progress supervision, attend the M&E site inspection, check equipment delivery, witness the testing and commissioning progress with contractorsInspect and verify and sign off the monthly sub contractors' progress claimsAdvise to the office of any discrepancies and changes on any construction and shop drawings prior to installations to be carried outOversee the works of the contractors to ensure that specifications, drawings, approved method statement, approved product/ catalogue are complied withResponsible to attend and participate all meetings as requested by clients/LIZ , also to record minutes of meeting where requiredResponsible for checking and monitoring contractor's coordination drawings with other disciplines for pre and during construction.Skill and requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Proven experience as an M&E Inspector of Work / Site Supervisor or similar role in construction projects.3 to 5 years experience as M&E Inspector of Work.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN JKR PROJECT.Able to start immediately and willing to work at Keningau (on site)
