About the Role
The Institutional Client Relationship Manager will focus on expanding CapBay's institutional client base by sourcing funds from Institutional fund managers, corporate clients, and government-linked companies.
This role involves driving business development initiatives, presenting investment products, and fostering strong client relationships to support CapBay's P2P financing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow the company's institutional client base, focusing on sourcing funds from institutional fund managers, corporate clients, and government-linked companies, to support the company's P2P financing activities and business expansion.
Proactively set up and lead meetings, present and pitch CapBay's Investment product to corporate and institutional clients.
Plan and supervise follow-up initiatives to address investor inquiries and maintain ongoing engagement.
Respond to requests for proposals and information from institutional clients, collaborating with internal teams to craft investment solutions tailored to their needs.
Work closely with Directors to develop and implement business development strategies that drive growth and improve the company's visibility in the market.
Conduct research and perform periodic peer comparison analysis to ensure competitiveness and relevance of the company's offerings in the market.
Collaborate with various internal departments such as sales, legal, and marketing to ensure consistent delivery of services, investment solutions, and accurate data to clients.
Ensure that all documentation, presentations, and reports provided to clients meet the company's internal branding standards and comply with industry regulations.
Offer value-added services to clients, sharing insights into peer-to-peer financing opportunities, enhancing client experience and engagement.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Institutional sales, relationship management, or business development in financial services or investment.
Proven success in acquiring and managing relationships with institutional clients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain investment products to diverse audiences.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to anticipate client needs.
