Responsible to collate all proposal plans, manage each application stage for all store management processes until activities completion.
Manage vendors and contractors to ensure proper Store & Retail Management & Guideline (SOP) is followed effectively for consistency and productivity.
Review contractor/vendors overall job quality, performance, efficiency, practices, rate-cards and perform audit checks.
Visit job sites to analyze space availability, design needs, and the purpose of the space.
Attend meetings to understand the design needs and preferences regarding interior styles and colors.
Create initial design sketches, color themes, and ideas based on client requirements and space availability.
Get approval from the client before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors.
Job Requirements:Minimum of (1) year experience in a related job function.
Exposed to retail store environment and possess high level understanding/insights on developing best in-store visual and display experience.
Familiar with in-store Visual Merchandising activities and planning.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
