This role supports the running of the R&D team in Chumbaka — one of the fastest-growing teams in Chumbaka. The R&D team in Chumbaka ensures all learning content deployed at our schools & centres has a significant learning impact among the K12 students.

Responsibilities:Curate and maintain learning content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our learning approach and standards.
Prepare, review, revise, and maintain content on the learning management system and other platforms.
Develop graphics, visual aids, and animations to enhance content delivery.
Proofread and edit learning materials prior to publication.
Compile error reports and conduct errata reviews as necessary.
Analyse course feedback to inform future revisions and enhancements.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
Maintain a library of application documentation for internal and/or external use.
Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others, ensuring consistency in style and format.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Instructional Design, English, or Communications.
1-2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a focus on English proficiency.
Strong Google search and investigative skills.
Proficiency in Google Apps suite.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Fast learner with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Basic programming skills and graphic design experience are highly desirable.
Bonus: Experience in teaching or presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conferences.
Working HoursTypical working hours range from 37 to 45 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. Some programmes may require travelling and weekend work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
