Instructor For Game Design Program

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated instructor to join the Xsolla Curine Academy team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves preparing and delivering on-campus lectures, as well as evaluating student assignments. We seek a responsible and proactive professional who can inspire and mentor students throughout their educational journey.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and deliver lectures and practical sessions in English based on the course curriculum.
Incorporate current trends in the game area into teaching materials.
Develop course materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and assignments.
Design practical assignments and projects to reinforce learning objectives.
Mentor and support students to enhance their skills.
Encourage participation and collaboration during classes.
Evaluate student assignments and projects, providing timely feedback.
REQUIREMENTSIn-depth knowledge of core game design concepts such as game mechanics, balancing, and progression.
Participation in the team development of at least five games of different genres.
Participation in projects from idea to release, including the design of game mechanics and systems.
Completion of at least five projects, which may include non-commercial releases on platforms likeitch.io .
Ability to analyze game mechanics and systems, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
