Instructor - Rocky Base Camp, AEON Mall Shah AlamMinimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Sports Science or related field
Knowledge or experience with indoor rock climbing
Excellent customer service skills
Must work in shift hours - shopping mall business period
Flexibility to travel as required
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of authorities
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the cleanliness of the Centre and facilities (gears and devices)
Participating in the Daily Sales Management report preparation and submission to HQ
Teamwork and adhering to the schedule to support team members and manpower planning
Participating in overall administrative tasks within the gym for smooth business operations
Ensuring safety of climbing and other facilities, especially equipment
Managing daily operations of the gym business, including safety, security, cash management, and other areas
