Description
Lead and execute Instrument Engineering aspect of projects and OPU support and services, in order to achieve project delivery and operational excellence in compliance with corporate governance and Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSEMS).
Provide technical input and execute analysis and identification of projects and OPU concerns & issues in the area of Instrumentation & Controls through execute Root Cause Analysis, propose fit for proposed technology solutions, secure support from Technical Professionals (TPs) and prepare study report on problems and develop solutions for long term Plant sustainability.
Provide technical input and execute the engineering services and expertise of Instrument engineering for Basic Engineering/FEED, plant change and Capital Projects managed by PD&T, technical support on exploration, acquisition and divestment stage and perform Situational Assessment for critical JOB/OBO projects to ensure completeness and conform technical integrity requirements.
Review and verify the technical engineering services and expertise provided to projects and OPUs to ensure technical compliance and implementation, meeting key engineering deliverables and assure technical integrity and compliance to industry standard.
Requirement
Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Instrument Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.
Minimum 3 years in relevant Project Design Engineering/Execution for Upstream Business (Upstream Project).
Minimum 3 year in relevant Project Design Engineering/Execution for Downstream Business (Downstream Project).
Adequate skills and knowledge in engineering design and commissioning execution for field instruments, PLCs/DCS/SIS & FGS system, machinery control and measurement.
