Insurance Admin

Administer insurance policies for vehicles in inventory. Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation. Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage. Follow up with customers. Generate reports for renewal notices, MYEG (Road tax renewal), and submissions. Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp Handling SAP system for generate customer DATA and invoice etc. Responsibilities for monthly target achievement Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Work closely with sales and finance department to integrate insurance-related processes seamlessly Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field. Possess a positive and dynamic working attitude as well as a willingness to learn. Working experience in car sales and an understanding of the automotive industry is an added advantage.
