Insurance Admin

Details of the offer

Administer insurance policies for vehicles in inventory.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation.
Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage.
Follow up with customers.
Generate reports for renewal notices, MYEG (Road tax renewal), and submissions.
Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Handle SAP system for generating customer data and invoices.
Be responsible for monthly target achievement.
Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Work closely with sales and finance departments to integrate insurance-related processes seamlessly.
Job RequirementCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
Possess a positive and dynamic working attitude as well as a willingness to learn.
Working experience in car sales and an understanding of the automotive industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in both written and spoken English & Malay.
Possess own transportation & Driving (D) License.
