About The Role
Responsible for processing and assessing client data in various systems.
Job Responsibilities
Processing and assessing client data in various systems to verify and confirm the correct information as per stipulated requirements.
Users may need to manually process/rectify some exceptional cases.
Assist other teams (volume surge/urgent task/etc.)
on an ad-hoc basis as and when required.
Ensure that timelines and objectives agreed upon with superiors for any other assignments/projects/workarounds that may be assigned are met or exceeded.
Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate/drive/contribute in team activities.
Attend and get certified (OJT) to be qualified to commence processing and subsequently perform quality checks for the team.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Job Requirements
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Able to read and understand Chinese (Simplified/Traditional).
Proficient or fluent in Cantonese is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in Data Processing/Entry is an added advantage.
The role is required to followHong Kong working calendar.
Willing to work inCyberjaya.
*This is a 1-year Contract Position.
