Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain profitable relationships with existing and new clients.
Maintain and manage the database system for claims handling.
Follow up on outstanding claims and policy-related status.
Ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent service after sales.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant fields.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the related field.
Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Malay; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
