Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or degree holders with 3 years working experience at supervisory level in the field of marketing and/or financial services.
SPM or STPM holders with working experience at the supervisory level for not less than 5 years in the marketing and/or financial services.
Possess PCE and CEILLI qualification is an added advantage.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents.
Set performance targets for individual agents and the team as a whole.
Support agents in developing their client base and expanding their networks.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
