Int.Student Recruitment Manager - SEA & African MarketJob Overview:
The International Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts in Southeast Asia as well as Africa, developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll students from this key market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and educational landscape of Southeast Asia as well as Africa, enabling them to connect effectively with prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
To process applications, offer students first-rate counseling services, and build a network with clients in order to guarantee conversion.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets from Southeast Asia as well as Africa.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and changes within the education sector in Southeast Asia and Africa.
Organize and participate in recruitment events, fairs, webinars, and info sessions both virtually and in person across Southeast Asia and Africa.
Provide tailored guidance and support to prospective students and their families regarding admission requirements, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create culturally relevant promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the Southeast Asia as well as Africa market.
Monitor and report on recruitment activities, trends, and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
Travel to Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, and African countries as required to manage on-ground recruitment activities and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, International Relations, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in international student recruitment, with a focus on the South Asian and African markets.
Proficiency and fluency in English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu.
In-depth knowledge of the cultural, educational, and social context of Bangladesh, Pakistan, India and African curricula.
Strong network within the education sector, including schools, colleges, and recruitment agencies in Southeast Asia and Africa.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel frequently to the South East Asian countries and African countries and work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
