Description
Manage and resolve the project interface matters between various parties such as between Subsurface and Surface engineering, between Surface engineering and Drilling, between Surface engineering and Operations etc. through sound project management process, technical solutions and stakeholder management with strict adherence to COMPANY Project Management System (PPMS).
Monitor project performance targets (HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality) i.e. OTOBOS and Stakeholders expectations are met by conducting daily reports and meetings with all disciplines.
Requirement
Minimum Degree in Engineering Discipline
Minimum 10 years in oil & gas industry
Minimum 3 years experience as Interface Engineer for a Brownfield project i.e. Facilities Improvement Project (FIP) and Greenfield project i.e. Wellhead Platform (WHP) or Central Processing Platform (CPP)
Have experience at least involved in one (1) complete cycle of COMPANY Upstream / EPCIC domestic offshore Brownfield or Greenfield project i.e. FIP, WHP or CPP.
Have experience dealing and interfacing with various Stakeholders in COMPANY such as Host Authority (MPM), COE, Upstream Malaysian Asset, Operations, Drilling and Subsurface.
Have experience dealing with Statutory bodies such as DOSH, EIA, Customs, Fisheries, State Government bodies etc.
Knowledge of COMPANY Project Management System (PPMS) and COMPANY Approving Authorities (AA).
Knowledgeable in various aspects of upstream engineering, procurement and tendering, construction, T&I and HUC activities.
Knowledge of subsurface and drilling activities.
Knowledge in Front End activities, contracting strategy, planning strategy and budget strategy.
Good communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
Registered with CIDB / BEM registered / PMP accreditation (added value, optional).#J-18808-Ljbffr
