Summary: As interim HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our European commercial HR team.
In this role, you will supporting Lotus go through a process of transformation and change by rolling out HR initiatives, policies, and procedures that are not only aligned with our central direction but also compliant with local rules and regulations across Europe
What you'll do: Lead, collaborate and deliver on strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with your HR colleagues and key stakeholders throughout the business.
Manage, administrate and advise on all people and employment law related matters with stakeholders and business partners.
Provide general support for employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
Drive the Change Management and Organizational Change process.
What you'll bring: Significant experience as HR Manager, HR BP, or similar
Experience in organizations that are going through transformation and change.
Deep knowledge of local employment law / managing works council
Fluent in Dutch and English
High level of flexibility and adaptability
Strong interpersonal (credible, trustworthy, respectful, confident)
Intercultural skills
