Responsibilities:Responsible for local compliance audit of professional drawings and construction technology of interior decoration;
Preparation of interior decoration professional construction plan, technical disclosure, and on-site quality management;
Skilled use of CAD, draw changes and modifications, complete as-built drawings;
Review the subcontract monthly completed project quantity;
Accounting drawings and materials and submitting procurement plans;
Material inspection, data submission;
Manage the subcontracting team and coordinate the construction work;
Construction quality inspection, timely process control;
Solve technical problems in construction;
Timely report major problems in the interior decoration profession;
Requirements:Male, bachelor degree, major equivalent, more than 8 years working experience, electromechanical company experience is preferred, fluent in spoken Chinese and English is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
