Interior Design Drafter (2 Year experience)Momo design studio is looking for an interior designer drafter who assists the architect/designer to convert designs into technical plans for tendering and construction purposes.
Responsibilities
Creating accurate technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints based on project requirements and specifications.
Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D software to develop precise and detailed plans.
Collaborating with architects and designers to ensure drawings align with project goals.
Incorporating feedback and making revisions to drawings as necessary.
Conducting research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Communicating technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Drafter (2 years).
Deeply analytical, with an eye for detail.
Demonstrable resourcefulness in high-stress situations.
Ability to stay organized and focused on long projects.
Strong communication skills, and a willingness to work on a team.
Superb organizational and time-management processes.
Proficient with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion.
Capable with image editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
