Interior Design (Fit Out) Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


-Organize work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of projects


-Work closely with all team member throughout the design and project implementation process


-Ensure all instruction/guideline are being followed as per the Design and CI Manual


-To assist to produce and compile all the site info in SVC (Site Verification Checklist) after the site visit


-To assist to monitor general contractors and vendor performances during construction built-out through site visits and monitoring with senior guidance.


-To assist to conduct and performs inspection with main contractor upon completion of each projectsprior to business commencements with senior guidance.


-Ability to manage project completion (new outlet) on time by organizing work effectively.


-Oversees the construction phase of the development process.

; Requirements:- JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in Building Surveyors/ Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
Skills and Knowledge


-Exposure to current design trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.


-Preferably with knowledge of AUTOCAD software.


-Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team.


-Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


-Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia


-Language – English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (will be added advantage)


-Able to commit min. 3 - 6 months internship period


-Possess own transport.
