Interior Design

Job ResponsibilityCollaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.Create detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of design plans.Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in design techniques and technology.Participate in site visits to ensure the design concept is being realized and make adjustments as needed.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.Proficiency in Mandarin and English speaking and writing.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, color schemes, and lighting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Job BenefitsEPF & SocsoMedical LeaveAnnual LeaveAttractive Salary Scheme
