Your Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage interior design project teams on-site to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and suppliers, addressing challenges or changes effectively during the construction phase.
Monitor site progress and provide regular, detailed updates to the project management team.
Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all parties.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.
Solid knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and project management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
