Interior Designer

Job Descriptions
-Create and present interior design concepts and scope in response to client needs
-Produce estimates, schedules and staffing plans to complete projects on time
-Managing the timeline of the project and work arrangement and follow the said time-line
-Responsible for project deliverable, meeting overall project design schedules, as well as preparing and presenting design proposals
-Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposals, 3D drawing, sketch, layout plan, detail drawing and so on related to project while meeting deadline
-Approach project with creativity, foresight and maturity in design judgement while also collaborating well within a team
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skills(s): AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator.
-Excellent organization ability, attention to detail and time-management skills with demonstrated capability to work on multiple and concurrent projects in various stages of development
-Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate design ideas effectively
-Possess initiative and positive attitude, and able to take active action measures and communicate with all level.
