Interior Designer

Job ResponsibilityResponsible to attend to customer / project inquires.To fully involve in design development stage with design team.To provide full design consultation service to the clients for all industries required design and built service.Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including all design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement.To prepare BQ, quotation submission, sample board proposal to clientTo plan, co-ordinate and control project from site inception to completion.Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meetingFollow up on material orders, verify suppliers and sub contractorsâ claims.To prepare all claims submission & V.O. claims to client and to follow up with payment collection.To ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.Job RequirementsDegree / Diploma in Interior DesignWorking experience in commercial and hospitality (hotel & restaurant) projects is an advantage2 years of working experience in interior design firmCreative, innovative, independent, self motivated, discipline and good sense of responsibilityAble to brief and meet client for design briefing and attend the client's requirementsAbility to work under pressure to meet targets.Required skills: AutoCAD, 2 D & Shop drawing, 3D Max, Interior CADAble to converse in Mandarin, read & write Mandarin will be an added advantageJob BenifitsStaff birthday leaveStaff purchase discountInternal & external trainingCompany tripCareer advancement
