Job Description Position Summary: We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our Real Estate Team.With the office being a key product of WORQ, this exciting role needs to have a background in design, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and be customer-oriented.The successful candidate will drive the role of workspace planner for the implementation of workplace strategies on projects.Working closely with the rest of the team, and reporting to the Senior Enterprise Sales Manager and/or Project Manager to really drive space planning and propose workplace strategy to the potential clients, and seeing it through the execution to completion.As a team, our mission is to create a comfortable and great working environment for people and the community to prosper by working together. Job Description: To work with the internal real estate team to conceptualize the space planning for the new outlets.To prepare and present the design (design concept, space planning, and costing proposals) to the potential clients, while acting as a workplace strategist to consult and offer office solutions.To keep up with the latest trends regarding current workplace strategies.To collaborate with external consultants, including outsourced ID, design and build contractors, through the design phase to the completion of the project.To create and maintain the design playbook for scalable operations and quality control for the new outlets.To assist the Project Manager with the overall project management of new outlets.Host project meetings and client presentations as needed, Assist in site supervision and manage project costing from inception to completion.Other additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications Job Requirement(s): Candidate to possess a Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Project Management, or any relevant field or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in office interiors/workplace design projects, in the capacity of a designer, business development, or project manager.Residential interior design experience will not be considered.Experienced in client-facing presentation; excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to clients Strong stakeholder management to coordinate and harmonize the design and build requirements of clients, contractors, and management. Demonstrated experience coordinating design documentation with external consultants, project budgeting, and deliverables management.
