We are looking for creative, passionate and young talented people who willing to learn and take challenges, and we are ready to build you to become a true interior designer. You will be mentor by our senior designer who not sorely focus on the beauty of design, but truly understand what they need and wants. Combine both modern and traditional design with a unique twist, turn the space with a stunning design with the expression of the client's identity.
You will be working and mentoring to
-Understand customer requirement and needs for space, transform into space planning that reflects client daily habit and usage.
-Design concept development that speaks the client identity and personality.
-Able to convert the ideas into a 3D image that helps the client to visualize.
-Learn to control the project within budget, manage and maintain the quality of work through the whole design process.
-Be able to focus on the detail in drawing and on-site.
-Identity error and mistake quickly with efficient site visitation.
-Engage and manage contractors through effective communication.
-Master the basic keys rules in site visit through our mentor.
