Conceptualization and Design:Developing creative and functional interior design concepts tailored to our clients' needs and brand identity.
Space Planning:Conducting thorough assessments of spaces and providing innovative layout recommendations to optimize functionality and flow.
Material and Furniture Selection:Curating a palette of materials, furnishings, and decor that align with project objectives, budget, and aesthetic vision.
Project Management:Overseeing the entire design process, from concept to installation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaboration:Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Client Engagement:Engaging with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in interior design projects, preferably in residential projects.
Proficiency in software/tools relevant, e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of industry trends, materials, and suppliers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
