Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and modify design drawings according to design information provided by customer.
Verify design drawings to ensure all specifications are correct before submission to Management Director for review and approval.
Prepare and assist in all aspects of design process from space planning, conceptual design, 3D visuals, and technical drawings.
Performance ManagementExecute all tasks given and be responsible for work performance.
Prepare and submit performance management reports to Managing Director.
Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.
Able to multitask and work under tight timelines.
Quality Management SystemImplement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties' requirements.
Ensure proper document and record keeping in Design department.
Education, Experience and Skill RequirementsEducationDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in Interior Design - preferably in Commercial.
Designers with commercial project experience are most welcome to apply.
SkillsAutoCAD software.
Design software (mainly Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop).
Communication.
Problem solving.
Basic understanding of renovation procedures and materials.
Statistical analysis.
Organizing and time management.
Collaboration and teamwork.
