Interior Designer

We're currently expanding our team and seeking anInterior Designerfor the awarded projects.
Job Description
Develop design ideas and acquire key information for potential projects.
Create high-quality conceptual designs and design drawings for office/corporate, residential, and hotel interiors.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, vendors, and workers.
Set project schedules and ensure they are adhered to.
Monitor assigned project sites to ensure the alignment of design construction.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior design field (preferably in commercial/residential).
Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other design tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray, or 3D Studio Max.
Proficiency in space planning, layout optimization, furniture selection, lighting, and color coordination.
Languages: Malay, English, and Mandarin is preferred.
